Napoleon Bill Harris III is an American politician and former professional football player who has been a member of the Illinois Senate representing the 15th district since 2013. Born in Chicago, Illinois, in 1979, Harris is also known for his athletic career before transitioning into politics. He earned his degree from Northwestern University and has been re-elected multiple times, including in 2022. Harris is married to Nicole Bunton-Harris.
