Retired Navy Captain Hung Cao came to the United States as a refugee from Vietnam in 1975. After serving with special operations in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia, as well as working on critical assignments at the Pentagon and with Homeland Security, Cao has become a dedicated public servant and community leader in Purcellville, Virginia. He is a graduate of the Naval Academy and holds advanced degrees, with fellowships at MIT and Harvard.
