Jason Walton was raised in Monticello, Utah, and currently lives in Provo. He earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from Brigham Young University in 1996. Walton founded his first business in 1998 and went on to own 35 businesses in 19 states, including three in Utah. He ran for the U.S. Senate in Utah in 2024 but lost in the Republican primary on June 25, 2024.
