Gloria S Johnson is an American politician and Democratic member of the Tennessee House of Representatives, currently representing District 90, and formerly District 13. Born on May 25, 1962, in Denver, Colorado, she is a retired special education teacher with 27 years of experience. Johnson gained national attention as a member of the 'Tennessee Three' after a 2023 gun control protest following the Covenant School shooting. She ran as the Democratic nominee for the 2024 U.S. Senate election in Tennessee but lost to incumbent Marsha Blackburn.
